An engine starter button is not seen on this top-end variant.
A reader of Gaadi snapped these images of the 2015 Honda Jazz, which is reported to launch in India on July 8, 2015. The white shade seen here is the top-end VX trim, powered by an i-VTEC petrol engine with a manual transmission. Reports state that the new Jazz will launch in India in a total of 12 variants.
It is interesting to note that the Jazz VX in these images gets features such as alloy wheels, a rear wiper and washer, a rear spoiler, foglights, wing mirrors with integrated turn signals and electric adjustment and folding feature.
Further, the interior shows a touchscreen AVN (Audio Visual Navigation) system, a touch panel for the automatic climate control, steering mounted controls and leather wrapped steering wheel and gearlever. Honda has omitted an engine starter button though, as the spyshot clearly shows the regular keyhole in the steering column.

The Jazz i-VTEC is powered by the same 1.2-liter i-VTEC four-cylinder petrol engine that is seen on the Amaze and Brio. On the Brio-based cars, this engine makes 88 PS and 109 Nm of torque, and is paired to 5-speed manual and automatic transmissions. On the Jazz though, Honda will offer a 5-speed manual and a CVT with paddle-shifters, derived from the new City. The Jazz will also come with the 1.5-liter i-DTEC diesel engine.
