The Mustang celebrates its 50th anniversary this year.

Ford showcased the car with the 2.3-litre EcoBoost engine. The turbocharged, direct-injection petrol engine makes a max power of 310 hp at 5,500 rpm and maximum torque of 434 Nm at 3,000 rpm, and is capable of catapulting the Mustang to 100 km/h from a standstill in a little over 5 seconds.

The almost-trademark Fastback styling, HID headlamps with LED daytime running lights, signature triple-light tail lamps, and dark alloys tastefully matched to the exterior paint, all work in conjunction to make the Mustang the centre of attraction. On the inside, the 2015 model gets four seats and a no-nonsense dashboard layout. The optional Recaro cloth seats are an added feature that most owners are likely to choose.
