Report - 2015 Maruti Swift (facelift) prices reportedly leaked ahead of launch

Bookings for the refreshed Swift started earlier in the month. 

Maruti Suzuki will soon launch an updated Maruti Swift that will get more features and return better fuel economy than the current model. According to GaadiWaadi, these are the prices of the refreshed Swift, ex-Showroom, New Delhi.

Comparing these prices to the current model, the Swift sees a hike of INR 18,000 to INR 22,000 for the mid-level variants and INR 25,000 for the top-end variants.

The Swift facelift will be powered by the same 1.2-liter petrol and 1.3-liter diesel engines. These engines are mildly retuned in the refreshed model to deliver ten percent better efficiency. The petrol Swift will deliver 20.4 km/l, and the diesel, 25.2 km/l.

The mid-level variant will get a music system with 4 speakers, and optional ABS brakes.

On the safety front, ABS will be offered from the mid-level variants. Other features worthy of a mention include reverse parking sensors, Bluetooth, keyless entry with engine starter button and electrically adjustable and folding wing mirrors.

Maruti's dealers have started taking in bookings for the refreshed Swift for INR 10,000.
