Mahindra says the GenZe can carry your groceries, laundry etc., apart from supporting a feature that allows you to charge your laptop or mobile device while you ride. The traditional instrument cluster makes way for a weather-proof, Bluetooth-enabled, 7-inch touchscreen display which shows how much charge you have, approximate range and other parameters.

Mahindra have not announced the electric motor, or battery, specifications yet. The company confirms that the GenZe will come with a Lithium-Ion Integrated Power Module which combines the battery pack, controller and charger in one 'compact chassis'.
