Skoda will showcase top-of-the-line Octavia L&K edition at the 2014 Geneva Motor show, which starts on the 4th of March. The L&K (named after the founders, Laurin & Klement) edition will be available for both the Octavia and the Octavia Combi models.

The L&K package includes 18-inch aluminium wheels, bi-xenon headlamps with LED daytime driving lights and LED rear lights. Inside there is a 4-spoke multifunction steering wheel, leather/Alcantara seats in elegant brown, CANTON sound system and newly-designed decorative trims.

The new Octavia L&K has the option of three powerful engines, including the 1.8 TSI petrol engine churning 177 hp and two 2.0 TDI diesel engine producing 148 hp and 181 hp respectively. The 1.8 TSI and the 2.0 TDI (148 hp) are available with the option of an automatic DSG or manual transmission.

Skoda India has not committed to launching the L&K Octavia in India, but have presented the top-of-the-line variant on its earlier versions.

The 1.8 TSI with DSG and the manual 2.0 TDI (148 hp) are also available with all-wheel drive. The top-of-the line 2.0 TDI (181 hp) engine with 6-speed DSG and all-wheel drive will be introduced in the second half of 2014.

Skoda Octavia Combi L&K Geneva 2014

Skoda, along with the Octavia L&K, will bring the new Octavia Scout, the new Octavia G-TEC (CNG) and the Monte Carlo models for the Yeti, Rapid Spaceback and Citigo at the Geneva show. The company will also present its VisionC concept, a design study that will give us a glimpse of the next generation products.
