The new Santa Fe will launch at the Auto Expo on February 5th.

The Santa Fe in India will be available only as a five-seater, since the three-row, seven-seater Grand Santa Fe is made only in left hand drive configuration. The images here show the automatic transmission variant of the Santa Fe. However, a manual gearbox variant will also be available.

The Santa Fe will be launched in 2WD and 4WD guises. Regardless, all variants will be powered by a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter CRDi engine capable of producing 197 PS at 3,800 rpm and 44.5 kgm of torque between 1,800-2,500 rpm.

The Santa Fe will be a feature-packed SUV with the top-end variants getting a 12-way adjustable seat, dual-zone automatic climate control (seen in picture), 6 airbags, chilled glovebox, daytime running lights, 18-inch diamond cut alloy wheels and HID (High Intensity Discharge) headlights.
