Happy with the fact that Joginder Singh is replaced. He was instrumental in goofing up the Ecosport campaign ! Ford has also lost a lot of goodwill amongst the public under him because of various indecent actions >

    a) Repeated ads proclaiming Ford Classics mileage in excess of 32 kmpl which was actually not ARAI mileage and led to wide spread chaos.
    b) Unusual delay in the launch of Ecosport.and inability to customize the global product to suit India specific requirements…small cabin and even smaller boot was widely considered as a major handicap
    c) The Ecosport Discoveries campaign bombed big time and got horrible reviews about the Ecoboost real world performance and there were reports about weird manipulative reviews forced upon by Ford.
    d) Recall of cars within few days of launch because of Glow-plug Control Module (GPCM) issue.
    e) Horrible delay in terms of delivery, customers had to wait for a year to get their car keys after booking !
    f) Bloody price hike -A price hike of 75,000 in about 6 months of launch was never seen before in India !
g)No price protection for customers -Customers were forced to pay as per the existing car price though they’ve booked the car on the day of launch. This is where companies like Tata has tremendous goodwill amongst the public, which offered price protection even for a low cost car like Nano
    h) Ford was also exporting the car to European markets while the Indian customers suffer in agony !
    I) Forced to cancel or book other models-Now Ford seems to be forcing people to cancel their bookings or change it to Fiesta and the like ..what the hell !
