The Royal Enfield Continental GT Cafe Racer is all set to be launched in the UK in the second week of September.
After the inauguration of a new manufacturing facility at Oragadam near Chennai in April, the Continental GT is the first new product from the classic motor cycle brand. If you recall, the product was showcased at 2012 Auto Expo as a concept. We have presented you numerous spyshots of the bike testing across the country since then.
The Cafe Racer will go on sale first in the UK next month. Rushlane reports that the Indian launch will happen in the month of October, at the start of the festive season.

At Royal Enfield, there is a lot of excitement about the Continental GT that is set for an international launch in the second week of September. With its state of the art Oragadam plant steadily increasing production and a differentiated product pipeline, Royal Enfield is working to expand its distribution footprint both in the domestic and international markets towards achieving leadership in the global mid-size motorcycle segment.
The Royal Enfield Continental GT is powered by a fuel injected 535cc single-cylinder four-stroke liquid cooled engine. The technical specifications are still a secret but it's certain that the Continental GT will be the fastest Royal Enfield in the current family.
