Our friends over at PaulTan.org have played out a video clip today featuring the  ASEAN/European 2014 Toyota Corolla, the version that's likely to be produced in India next year.

The plant in Bidadi, Karnataka, has managed localizing some percentage of the current gen Corolla, but a big chunk of the car is still shipped from Thailand. In the last few years, Toyota have included CNG and diesel powertrains to the Corolla which initially listed one petrol engine. Toyota can take its time with the CNG option on the incoming Corolla, but the diesel engine option on the launch car is dictated by the current market.

The ASEAN/European Corolla gets a distinct front and rear fascia. The American version in contrast, is sporty looking with a short front overhang and a sharply raked roofline.

The ASEAN/European version features a swoopy set of headlamps, a flowing chrome-tipped grille and a thinner airdam. The taillights are slimmer than the American version. Another inference from the video is that the ASEAN model's headlamps feature xenon units instead of LED clusters, as seen in the American version.

The dashboards of both versions are similar except for minor changes in the instrument panel and the air conditioning vents.

The video also provides a detailed look at the light clusters, wheels and cabin.
