The sub-four metre Verito is just a few weeks away from its launch but the Indian automaker is very keen in keeping the minute design details away from prying eyes. Here is a set of spyshots from our avid reader Mr. Deepak.C who spotted the camouflaged test mule while cruising with a friend on the NH45 off Chennai.

The sub four meter Verito is an intriguing car, it is in the middle of the sedan and hatchback territories, attempting to lure customers from both the segments. The boot is chopped so much that there is only a subtle hint of the protrusion and in profile the car almost looks like a hatchback.

The taillights have been promoted to the C-Pillar but that has given rise to an empty space in the boot lid. It would be interesting to see how Mahindra's designers have managed to make the rear less awkward.

Coming to the technical things, the car will carry the same hardware as the regular Verito sedan. The car will continue to use the Verito nameplate with a suffix added to it.

Going by Dr. Pawan Goenka's information, the Verito CS would be launched by the end of March.
