TheAutomotiveIndia forum member Shona210 caught the Ssangyong Rexton on test in Delhi with its badges taped. The Rexton is based on the earlier generation Mercedes M Class with powertrains licensed from Mercedes Benz.
The Rexton is fitted with a 2.7-liter diesel engine that produces 165PS on the manual model and 186PS on the automatic variant (Mercedes Benz T-Tronic transmission) while the torque stands at 340Nm on the manual and 402Nm on the AT model.
