The blogosphere is buzzing with news on Skoda’s secret new sedan for 2011. Codenamed SK125, this is a sedan based on the Fabia’s mechanicals. The SK125 will be the Vento’s rival, despite being delivered from the same womb.
The Skoda SK125 will be positioned above the Fabia, but under the Vento. Powered by the 1.6-liter diesel and petrol engine from under the Vento’s bonnet, we can expect Skoda to use the 1.4-liter petrol engine that debuts on the Vento next year.
