New Nissan March

We assume we’re hours away from seeing the new Nissan Micra at the Oragadam facility in Chennai. While high anticipation prevails in camp IAB, another part of the world is getting ready for the launch of this small car. We’re talking about Thailand which will get the Micra (they call it March) before anyone else in the world.

Micra looks (at least in the pics) rather better than the other small cars. We will have to wait to see how it appeals to the Indian masses where small cars are the much preferred ones

It is quite interesting to see an auto transmission version of Micra in Thailand. There are very few AT options for small cars in India. Is feasibility an issue? I am sure there would be enough demand though.
