The Aston Martin Rapide concept was unveiled three years back. Back then the word ‘recession’ was confused with ‘depression.’ Who really cared? Aston engineers and customers were fully protected from both, thanks to the development and the expectation and enthusiasm of viewing the fully finished product shortly after.
However, times changed quickly. Depression and recession now go hand in hand. Development times have expanded like the universe – lay offs, pay cuts, budget slashes, (bankruptcy filing) and all that have helped for the wrong reasons.
After all the drama and delay, finally, the Aston Martin Rapide will be made official at the Frankfurt Motor Show. It is supposed to be powered by a 470HP 6.0-liter V12 engine delivering about 600Nm torque.
Recession or no recession, fully expect the price tag to remain unscathed. The Aston Martin Rapide is expected to carry a £110,000 price tag when it goes on sale.
Cheap. (If you were the Sultan of Brunei)
P.S – If you don’t have the interest to attend the show in Frankfurt or want to desperately see the car, then you should take a look at the Aston Martin category page every day from today.

This is a muddy pic and you have to understand that the boot on this car is fake.

Sources close to Hyundai tell us the company’s busy in preparation for its next big launch after the i20 CRDi, the Avante. The Avante will replace the Elantra (production of this car stopped last year we are told).
Interestingly, the company is also thinking about a diesel option for the Avante. Our source adds a 1.6-liter petrol and diesel engine finds occupation in Hyundai’s newest offering in India. The 1.4-liter petrol engine used on the i20 could also be fitted to the new car.
Hyundai is looking at providing diesel engines for all cars in its line-up. It stated with the Sonata, then the i20 and now the Avante.
Note – The Hyundai i10, the Santro and the small car GB will also get diesel options in the future.

The performance motorcycle section of Indian automobiles has been one of the most booming segments in India. We have seen bikes from Yamaha RD 350 and Yamaha RX100 to bikes like the HH Karizma and Yamaha R15. Although day by day we are improving in the field of technology and so many bikes are being improved and launched by different manufacturers each year there is still one category of motorcycles which I feel is being neglected and not being explored.
I mean there are still not many options available when it comes to the cruiser bikes in India.

How many times have you heard this? “The Evo is coming to India”
We’ve heard it since the 9/11 attacks.
This time we’re hearing it from a highly reputed magazine, sources add it is no joke or rumor. The management seems to have woken up and is bent on broadening its product line-up in India, and the Evo will form the niche end of the queue.
The Evo X will check into India via the CBU route. It will be priced between 27-30 lakh rupees. The term budget performance car is relevant to few models like the GT-R, and the Mitsubishi Evolution features on that register.
The 2.0-liter turbocharged 300bhp engine (don’t ask for diesel, just don’t) will snap a few necks as it scampers to the 100kph mark in five seconds. Mitsubishi is looking at selling 100 units a year in India.
Good things must not be postponed. Mitsubishi should bring this to India

Our photoshop star SRK, found this car very hard to crack. From the existing load of spy shots, it was baffling to produce an almost real chop, but nonetheless he managed to piece together an image of the future Hyundai Sonata.
The final product in its finished form promises to look much sleeker and dynamic, but if you need a rough estimate, or idea as to how it will roll, this image does its job.
We’ve analyzed and explained every aspect of the future Hyundai i40. Refer our Hyundai Sonata YF/i40 category page to know every possible detail of this car.
