From being rendered in China, to being caught undisguised in Arabia, the 2010 Land Cruiser Prado has been a world car in every sense of the term.
Now we have here, a few photographs of the new Prado being assembled at a plant in China. No official information is available at this point, changes as we laid out earlier, would be very little under the skin.
The first set of images evoked a lot of negative reaction, some say the design team did not have a direction, spoiling the lines of the existing Prado.
Good or bad, the 2010 Prado is one of those cars which we have tracked every inch of the way.

Yamaha launched the highly anticipated new Fazer here today, which is the scaled down version of the internationally acclaimed Yamaha FZ1 sans the powerful 1000cc R1 engine.
The new Fazer shares its underpinnings and the same 153cc, 14Bhp engine of the naked-bike sibblings – FZ-16 and the spiced up FZ-S.
For a price of Rs.72,000 (ex-showroom Delhi) the new Fazer comes down to being a simple equation of FZ-16 + a Half-fairing + Bigger muscular rear tyre on 17″ alloys.

65,589 units of the Honda Jazz were delivered to Japanese customers in the first half of 2009.
The Suzuki Alto is India’s best selling car. I guess it sells for a million yen in Japan.
The Honda Jazz/Fit was the best selling car in Japan last year as well and is in a strong position to repeat that feat again.

The new small car from GM was secretly developed by engineers for the past three years. Right from the start, it was intended to be a mass market car for emerging markets.

Every A.C vent has individual open/close provision, which is a very novel idea. Climate control could have made more people happy, but the abundance of vents all around the cabin keeps you as cool as the car itself.
The centre of the dashboard is occupied by the CD/MP3 player, which plays good quality music as we pointed out in our initial impressions.
Toyota Fortuner limited edition named ‘Epic’ was introduced in South Africa last month. The aesthetically different vehicle, has caught the SUV buyer’s attention for the bouquet of features it has in store. The same could happen after the vehicle is launched in India in the coming months.
The car has black shade on the tow bar, front grille rear bumper, front nudge bar and the new chrome plated ‘Fortuner Epic’ logo is easily visible.
