This pic shows the fortuner has large wheels arches, while the pic above doesnt.
Its not a Xenon for sure, you do not have any plastics popping out around the headlamp aread in the xenon.
The fortuner is a good guess, but somehow this looks less bluging which the fortuner is. This has more straghtish design…
