VW has released another video of the new VW Polo for public viewing. The new video is short but effective in showing how close the new car is to the Golf and the Scirocco. The footage shows clearly that the three have the same blood line. Enjoy the video!

The Toyota Land Cruiser V8 has been voted number one for the second year running in the large 4×4 category at the British Insurance Vehicle Security Awards.
Toyota’s Land Cruiser has an upper hand in the SUV segment worldwide. It is one of the best cars for school runs in western countries because of the sheer volume of the safety features it offers.
It has got every safety and security features under the sun with 10 airbags, 4-wheel ABS, vehicle stability control, brake assist and the list goes on and on.

Good news for those who were missing the strengths of a diesel engine in a Honda CR-V. According to some reports, Honda is looking forward to launch a Honda CR-V powered with a diesel engine this year. It is rumored that the CR-V diesel will be priced around 25 lakh rupees in India.
Some of you will be surprised to know according to Honda sales literature in UK the CR-V stands for ‘Compact Recreational Vehicle’ and Japanese Honda fact books say it stands for ‘Comfortable Runabout Vehicle.’
The CR-V loosely originated from Honda Civic when the Japanese car maker felt the need of adding a Sports Utility Vehicle to their line of products.

OK, so what do we have here? This doesn’t seem like a Mahindra from any angle. Preceding to the launch, If its badges were pulled off, nobody other than any of the Mahindra engineers would have recognized it.
I can debate on its looks in five one-thousand word essays, but the crux is simple.

Honda’s mini-Jazz will be manufactured in India and Thailand, but specifically meant for the Indian market. Just like how the Accord was designed for the Americans and the City was built for the Thai market, the new mini-Jazz will be India’s turn in Honda’s book.
Codenamed 2CV, the mini Honda car will also be built in Thailand as part of the eco-car project.

Suzuki Swift being a proper hot hatch with its mini-like looks has bowled over millions of Indians. It has been the younger generation’s toy to play with as for as modification of cars in India is concerned. This is apart from the older Honda City, Mitsubishi Lancer and Skoda Octavia.

When we finished admiring the exteriors, we jumped inside only to be greeted by a dispersion of electronic gadgets and controls which filled the dashboard. The transition from the outside to inside was like visiting a monument built by the renaissance architects, and walking in to find a wind tunnel facility installed for readying modern-day aircrafts.
