Named VW Polo Worthersee, this special edition VW Polo will be joining in on the festivities at Worthersee which has begun today in Reifnitz, Austria.
The Worthersee Tour is in its 30th year now, featuring a selection of the best VW group models like the dressed-up Audi Q5 we showed you yesterday, that takes part in this year’s show.
This occasion-made VW Polo receives black stripes on its hood, 18 inch alloy wheels, a lowered chassis and a sports exhaust. The grille, mirrors and headlights have black borders. Interior changes are minimal with the seats covered partly of Nappa leather.
The VW Polo will be manufactured in India from next year. A sedan based on the platform will also follow. Both petrol and diesel versions of the car will be available.
The celebration will go on till the 23rd and will see many iconic VW and Audi models with fancy dressing.

I want to by a polo car but first i will take a test drive
will you give a test drive
I think it looks pretty good, but like Dean said I think the racing stripes are outdated. If you threw some aftermarket wheels and lowered the Polo it would look nice.
I don’t like racing stripes.. But it almost does this car justice..
Polo looks like a baby scirocco.. Is that really what VW wanted?
