Tata Motors earlier this week, confirmed that come 23rd March, owning a car would become so much more easier with the launch of the world’s cheapest car, the Nano in India.
To give this car a truly global feel, company chairman Ratan Tata has announced that the Euro-spec Nano will debut at next month’s Geneva Motor show.
Mr. Tata has also mentioned that the Euro spec Nano would confirm to the EuroNCAP crash test legislation as well as Euro V emission standards, the two compulsory barriers the Nano should surpass to find European buyers. As safety features would add to the costs, the car is expected to come with a price tag of around €5,000.
